Training Center features provide access to important functions for TMS Administrators, Department Managers, and Training Managers, including:
- Training Search
- Standalone and Training Notifications
- Adding/Editing Quizzes and Quiz Questions
- Training Reports and Dashboards.
The topics in this section explain how to:
- Record training information for employees; that is, identify the documents on which individual employees have been trained
- View a listing of employees who have been trained for a specific job, based on the job’s requirements
- Create miscellaneous training records using the notification function, deviation reports, and cycle notification report
- Sign off on training activities
- As an employee, schedule self-study training for yourself
- Perform a trainee preview and manager signoff on training
